Kaizen Kaizen is Japanese for "change for the better" or "improvement.” Translated to English, the term literally means "continuous improvement.” That’s our approach to productivity in all areas of operation.
Quality Circle A Quality Circle is a small group of employees from the same work area, who voluntarily meet at regular intervals to identify, analyze, and resolve work-related problems.
